•  Wildlife fee Pangong Lake and Nubra Valley areas which are protected wildlife sanctuaries in Ladakh.

•  Inner line permits for restricted areas of Nubra, Pangong areas.

Exclusions

•  Camel riding fee.
•  Personal items like mineral water, phone calls, laundry etc.
•  Extra meals / room services / bottled beverages consumed at the hotel
•  Additional costs for Hotel accommodation, transport services due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc.
•  Porterage & tips at the airport, Hotel/Camp staff & drivers.

Payment Policy

For advance booking we need 20% amount that can be made by Net Banking(NEFT) / UPI in our below mentioned bank account and the balance payment can be paid on arrival by cash/Upi only.

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment; full payment must be made before travel.
• Package includes only mentioned services; extra expenses are not included.
• Cancellation & refund will be as per our cancellation policy.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory; permits will be arranged where required.
• Itinerary may change due to weather, road, or operational conditions.
• Travelers should be fit for high-altitude travel.
• We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or unforeseen events.
• Hotels & transport are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy – Ladakh My Trip

At Ladakh My Trip, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.

1. Cancellation Charges:

• 30 days or more before travel date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged
• 15–29 days before travel date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged
• 7–14 days before travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged
• Less than 7 days before travel date / No-show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged

2. Flight Cancellation:

• Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies. Charges will be applicable as per the respective airline rules.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
• Any transaction or service charges are non-refundable.

4. Peak Season / Special Conditions:

• During peak season or special events, cancellation charges may vary and will be informed at the time of booking.

5. Force Majeure:

• Ladakh My Trip shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, road blockages, weather conditions, or government restrictions. However, we will try our best to provide alternative solutions.
